Field Development of Upstream Operations
HDCPL understands that effective management of oil and gas fields over field life, with the objective of maximizing asset value, can be a complex affair. Application and integration of various skills from subsurface (geology, geophysics, petrophysics, reservoir engineering, production technology and drilling) to surface engineering, production operations / surveillance and economic disciplines are required to manage technical, commercial and political challenges and uncertainties.
HDCPL has its own proven and tested workflow over a field life; from acquisition of exploration or development areas to actual exploration, development, production and abandonment of work activities. These activities are mapped, improved and integrated to ensure works are executed more efficiently and correctly. Project Management and Consultancy
HDCPL provides expert Project Management and Engineering Services related to Oil and Gas Fields, Petro chemical plants and Liquid Storage Terminals. Our core Project Management and consulting areas are:

HDCPL Project Management activities are carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort. Project management includes developing a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes implementing the project plan, along with careful controls to stay on the “critical path”, that is, to ensure the plan is being managed according to plan.
HDCPL understands that the Managers of E&P projects and operations are often required to make decisions on the basis of a variety of factors including, but not limited to, safety, finance, security, and company reputation. Often these factors are hard to quantify or may be in direct conflict with each other. Therefore, it is critical that decision makers use an approach to assess risks associated with each factor in a consistent and defensible manner. The selected approach needs to be robust enough to quantify the risk sufficiently, but simple enough to allow for ease of use and interpretation of results.
New Technology

HDCPL, before introducing a New Technology, clearly understands the challenges that will be encountered while applying the New Technology.
